Terms of Service

1. Scope of Subscription

Subscribers are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the selected modules (M1, M2, M3) in accordance with the purchased tier. All accounts are tied to verified organization domains and active operations directors.

2. Telemetry and API Fair Use

Standard subscriptions are subject to API rate limits (10,000 requests per minute). Telemetry streaming that exceeds configured capacity bounds will be throttled. Custom SLAs are available for multi-site enterprise operations.

3. Service Availability SLA

Forma AG guarantees a 99.9% uptime SLA for core API gateways and database access points, excluding scheduled system updates which will occur during low-activity weekend cycles.
