1. Data Collection & Isolation
Forma AG collects operational metrics, telemetry records, and inventory data solely for provisioning services. All client organization files are isolated in logical database schemas and are never pooled or aggregated for marketing profiles.
2. Telemetry and SCADA Inputs
SCADA and IoT telemetry feeds remain the exclusive property of the facility operator. Logs stored inside our Redis buffers are deleted immediately following validation checks and target database records insertions.
3. Enterprise Compliance Protocols
Data access is governed by SOC 2 and GDPR standards. In the event of a service termination request, all operational archives, database entries, and backups will be purged from active systems within 30 days.
